IntRec Homes provides real estate advisory and matchmaking services, property promotion, and transaction support alongside licensed professionals.

In addition, and at our discretion, we may offer equity participation in selected startups as a bonus to real estate investors. This participation is granted from our own commission and is never charged to the client.

Startup equity offered as a bonus is not guaranteed, has no fixed value, and may involve high risk including total loss of value.

Real estate investments carry market risk. We give no guarantee as to appreciation, rental yield, or liquidity of any property.

04Commission model

IntRec Homes may receive commissions from startups in return for client introductions. These are separate from any payment made by investors, and in this respect we act as facilitators and marketing partners rather than as advisors.

05Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from use of this website or our services is capped at €100 under all circumstances. This cap excludes losses arising from real estate or startup investments, for which no liability is accepted.

06User eligibility

Use of this website and our services requires that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

08Governing law and jurisdiction
